13 point plan for peace in east ukraine

Signed final document Minsk Convention shall be implemented by September of the so-called Ukraine Contact Group of representatives of Moscow, Kiev, the pro-Russian rebels and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).

The 13 points at a glance:

1. Ceasefire on Sunday at 00.00 clock.

10. Withdrawal of all foreign fighters, mercenaries and weapons under the supervision of the OSCE. Disarmament of illegal groups.
11. Until the end of 2015 a new Ukrainian constitution has come into force, enabling decentralization of the country and is coordinated with representatives of the breakaway regions. A law on the future of Donetsk and Lugansk special status must also be adopted by the end of the year.
12. Elections in the breakaway regions under the supervision of the OSCE, an appointment is not specified.
