Crimea Returns to the Motherland

Moscow, March 15 – Sunday night Russia television showed a much anticipated documentary – Crimea – Return to the Motherland.

It’s all part of Crimea Week. Celebrating the  first anniversary of when Moscow did the big take back of Crimea. They call it The Ascension.

The fascists in Kjev they were about to invade the peninsula. To bring them democracy. And they were gonna bring weapons and kill lotsa people. Mostly because as Putin says they are different ethnic groups.

So one night at the Sochi Olympics – maybe the last night – Putin was with these four guys and told them that Mother Russia had to rescue Crimea. Something about sacred brother bonds.

It was all very hush hush.

They sent in some guys on helicopters pretending to be inspectors. They get like 500 troops on just 4 or 5 choppers.

Putin says the Ukraine guys stationed in Crimea were very polite. There was this one Admiral he just was refusing to surrender his boat. But this guy they call  Gramps : Деды  he had a long chat with him late into the night. So he signed the paper at 7 a.m.

Absolutely no Russia army guys went to Crimea.

Putin told people watching the documentary how it all worked. Locals he calls self defense forces just went to the store downtown to buy some green hats and pants.

There’s gonna be celebration all week. We’ll try to capture some photos of it all and post them on the site.
