  Pretend and Extend

Greece Coat of Arms

BY KYLE ANDREW BROWN

WASHINGTON, July 3 – It is in fact the euro that holds the Greek nation hostage. And it is Angela Merkel and the German state that believes it holds sway over the dignity, humility and social justice of the Greek people.

It was only last week that the German Chancellor orchestrated the trashing of the Greek government through her proxies in Brussels and her French poodle at the IMF Christine Lagarde.

And it was left to the President of the European Parliament who was given to proclaim that Athens was filled with the filthy rich.

We learned from the small cadre that runs the European Union that the government in Athens is basically illegitimate. Because the Syriza party made election promises they knew they could not keep.

Once it was all sorted that Alexis Tsipras was not going to sign the paperwork for yet another Extend and Pretend Pay Day Loan Angela Merkel slammed down the bank window and set off for the Bundestag.

It was somewhat a reminder of another far away era in the Bundestag. The Chancellor speaks to the powerful in the Bundestag about what is about to happen to the powerless.

Make no mistake – Germany is the power of the European Union. Behind the careerists who regulate and calculate, it is Germany that sets the agenda and distributes the euro’s faceless coins.

And what Germany has planned for Greece is the total collapse of the country’s financial system.

A financial system built exclusively upon the German euro.

It is not that the Greek nation is incapable of caring for itself. It is that the delivery of goods and services is denominated in the German euro.

When the German nation utterly collapsed in 1945 at the hands of the Allies’ defeat,  the delivery of goods and services collapsed as the Deutesmarks smoldered in the ashes.

It was the United States Treasury that rebuilt the German financial system. And make no mistake, the United States did not call in the German Chancellor in Bonn every six months to sign the paperwork on worthless Pay Day Loans.

There was no European Union in the mid-20th century. But it is, indeed, the fact that it was the goodwill of the European nations which Germany had ruthlessly gased, butchered and burned that enabled the West German people to rise out of the ruin.

Perhaps it is Angela Merkel’s East German heritage that skews both her understanding and acceptance of German history from the perspective of the non-Germans her country enslaved. The German Chancellor was raised in a nation brutally locked up by Russia.

Last week when Queen Elizabeth chatted with the German Chancellor on a balcony overlooking the Berlin Gate, Angela smiled cheerfully and told Elizabeth that was where she was born.

She choose not to say they were looking at the Russian killing field of the Berlin Wall.

Where the Russians had young German boys shoot down without mercy other German boys and girls yearning for a life free of fear.

There is a history in all that the Queen thought.

As there is with the German bankers’ financial pyramid scheme that has exploited Greece’s free dealing harvest of monopoly money.

Pay Day Loans:  Without Capital. Without Investment. Without Leadership.

And this is where – Today – everything gets laid before the Chancellor who waves off the Greeks as though they have already been placed in their ghetto to be lost and forgotten.

The ruthless now wear fancy suits and pat the intended victim’s cheek.

LOL you Greeks!

We conquered you once – And now we’re back!
