Kremlin Considers Deploying Troops To Cuba and Vietnam

Moscow, October 8 – The spokesman for Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, responding to a question about the possible deployment of Russian military bases in Cuba and Vietnam, said that due to the recent changes in the world forced the state to take the necessary measures, reports RIA “Novosti”.
