Ukraine mobilization violates Minsk Agreement says DNI

Ukraine has begun the first stage mobilizing reserves. In three stages – before the end of summer is planned to call the service of 104,000. The purpose of the call is to replace the military in the area ATO where some Ukraine troops have been  since March 2014.

DNI PROTESTS UKRAINE TROOP ATO MOBIIZATION 

DNI  said that Kiev has once again broken the items Minsk Agreement, reports GAZETA.RU.  DNI says  the troop mobilization will escalate the conflict.

Currently, the ATO area, which includes territory controlled by militias DNR and LC, resumed active hostilities. In particular, attacks in Lugansk and Mariupol. But the main impact was in Donetsk and the surrounding area. Under fire are all the roads in the area Telmanovskiy DNR. It is assumed that both sides are trying to take a favorable starting position ahead of a possible round of talks in Astana.
